Andrus Kivisaar is a CEO and co-founder of CybExer Technologies. He has close to two decades of experience in managing international, large-scale IT infrastructure projects including in market-leading financial institutions and core national healthcare organisations.
Lauri Almann
Co-Founder, Chairman of the Board
Lauri Almann is the co-founder and Chairman of the Board of CybExer Technologies. Prior to his work in private sector, he served for more than 10 years at various top-level civil service positions. He has graduated from Tartu University Law School (Estonia) and holds a Master’s degree in International Law with distinction from the Georgetown University Law Center (Washington, D.C.), where he studied as the Fulbright Scholar.
Aare Reintam
Chief Operating Officer
Aare Reintam is the Chief Operating Officer and co-founder of CybExer Technologies. He is also an Ambassador of the NATO CCDCOE and a co-chair of the European Cyber Security Organisation sub-working group on cyber ranges and technical exercises. Previously, he worked as the Cyber Defence Exercise Manager of the NATO Cooperative Cyber Defence Centre of Excellence where he planned, executed and/or oversaw several iterations of world-leading cyber defence exercises (Locked Shields, Crossed Swords, Cyber Coalition) between 2014 and 2018.
Ragnar Rattas
Chief Technology Officer
Ragnar Rattas is the Chief Technology Officer and co-founder of CybExer Technologies. He has previously led the Estonian critical information infrastructure protection from the national cybersecurity authority. In this capacity, he planned and executed national level CII protection activities and related projects.
Janek Gridin
Member of the Executive Board
Janek Gridin is the co-founder and Member of Executive Board of CybExer Technologies. He has two decades of experience in building and managing IT-infrastructures for public and private sector clients.
Rainer Saks
Member of the Executive Board
Rainer Saks is a Member of Executive Board of CybExer Technologies. Prior to joining CybExer he served as the Secretary General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Estonia since 2015. From 2011 to 2015, Mr Saks served as the Director General of the Estonian Information Board (currently the Estonian Foreign Intelligence Service). Prior to that Mr Saks was the Director of the Office of the President of the Republic of Estonia.
Tomi Helkearo
Head of Product Management
Tomi Helkearo is a Head of Product Management at CybExer. He has more than 20 years of experience in international tech industry. Before CybExer Tomi worked as Head of Product at MaaS Global. He has vast international business experience from Nokia having worked years with international teams in India and North-America.
Kristiina Omri
Vice President of Special Programs
Before joining CybExer Kristiina served as a career diplomat for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Estonia from 2011 until 2021 with a focus on external economic relations. She has served the Estonian Embassy in Berlin as Counsellor for Trade and Economic Affairs and worked as the Counsellor to the Secretary General of the Estonian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Bruce Goodwill
Vice President of Channels and Partnerships
Before joining CybExer as Vice-President of Channels and Partnerships. Bruce held various global and regional channel and partnership sales roles including at AVG Technologies, Symantec, AVAST. Most recently Bruce worked as Head of Global Partnerships at Dynarisk.
Jaakko Jalkanen
Vice President of Marketing
Jaakko is a seasoned marketing professional with a wealth of experience in executive roles across a diverse range of industries. His journey in the dynamic realm of marketing has been marked by remarkable achievements and a commitment to excellence. Prior to joining CybExer, Jaakko held the position of Head of Marketing at Brella, a renowned international event platform company.
Sten Feldman
Head of Software Development
As Head of Software Development, Sten is working across all cyber platforms of the company. He has vast experience in software development dating back to the early 2000s. Before CybExer he has worked at the companies like Ericsson, Skype and Swedbank.
Jarkko Ainsoo
Customer Success Manager
Before taking on the current position, Jarkko was the leader of CybExer R&D team where he converted new ideas and client feedback into actual functionalities. He holds a number of certifications pertaining to VMware, Nutanix and Microsoft products and two decades of experience in IT.
